My own authenticity fosters trust, which allows individuals to be more genuine. Individuals are met with interventions that encourage connection with their core values as well as the skill of being fully present to observe behavior that may have gone unnoticed.

  2. Development of resources (skills and tools) to support an actionable plan wherein individuals can assess where they are in life and manage difficult emotions like sadness anger, disappointment and worry.

  3. Reduce distress and promote personal growth. This is done by identifying sources of pain/discomfort and creating action oriented plans that are targeted at improving daily functioning.

  4. Empowering individuals via collaborative goal setting while simultaneously promoting autonomy with the focus on inherent strengths hence building a foundation for long term emotional stability.
